Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in U.S. dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Related import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Makeup products are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you notifying you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.
If you have done all of the above, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will learn of your return.

Shipping
Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
